We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after purchase to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you must send a support ticket. The ticket should include your name, the email that you used to purchase, and, if different, the email you used to register the app for which you are seeking a refund.

Upon receipt of the ticket, every effort will be made to verify and process the refund within ten (10) business days.

Refund Fulfillment

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
